About
Hi, I'm August.
I'm a queer photographer based in Bloomington, shooting with a Sony A7IV and a deep bias toward natural light and open air. I started this studio because everyone deserves photos where they recognize themselves — comfortable, celebrated, and fully seen.
When I'm not photographing weddings and portraits, you'll find me in the Hoosier National Forest, out at Griffy Lake, or chasing fog in Brown County — building a print collection of the quiet places that make southern Indiana home.
